1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of prisonisland-ksa.com (the “Site”) and any ticket booking made through it. By using the Site or booking tickets, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by anyone else. You must not submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site.

4. Ticket Bookings

Tickets to Prison Island are booked and paid for through FunButler, our third-party ticketing platform embedded on the Site.
By booking, you confirm that all information provided (including for any children included in the booking) is accurate.
A parent or guardian must complete bookings on behalf of any child visitor.
Tickets are subject to availability and any additional terms presented at the point of booking on FunButler.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment is processed through FunButler at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests should be made in accordance with the policy presented at the time of booking on FunButler.
Where FunButler’s policy does not apply, cancellation and refund requests can be sent to riyadh@prisonisland-ksa.com and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Visitor Conduct and Safety

Visitors must follow all safety instructions and staff guidance while at the Prison Island attraction.
Prison Island reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in breach of venue rules.
Some activities may have age, height, or health restrictions; it is the responsibility of the booking parent/guardian to ensure visitors meet these requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Prison Island and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

The Site uses third-party services, including FunButler for bookings and Google/Meta tools for analytics and advertising. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by KSA law, Prison Island shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or the FunButler booking platform, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including in relation to personal injury occurring at the physical attraction, which is governed separately by our venue liability terms presented on-site).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
